1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on 7winer, accessing the platform, or using any of the services offered by 7winer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 7winer platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all services provided by 7winer, including but not limited to live dealer casino games, slot games, table games, sports betting, Bingo, and any other gaming products made available on the platform from time to time.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on 7winer, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory legal requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. 7winer strictly prohibits access by minors.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 7winer or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming regulatory authority.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on 7winer. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your 7winer account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Not use a false identity, impersonate any person, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify 7winer immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

7winer reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and to request supporting documentation, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

7winer reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or any other prohibited activity.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

7winer supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit cards. Supported payment methods are subject to change and may vary based on availability.

All transactions on 7winer are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard and are subject to change.

• Deposits: Funds deposited into your 7winer account are held in a segregated player account. Deposits are generally credited promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance checks. Processing times vary by payment method. 7winer reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. An administrative fee may be applied to inactive accounts in accordance with 7winer's dormancy policy.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

7winer offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, which are published alongside the relevant offer.

General bonus terms applicable to all 7winer promotions include:

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by promotion and are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• 7winer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• 7winer reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a bonus has been claimed or used in bad faith or in breach of these Terms.

6. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the 7winer platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between the game display and the 7winer server records, the server records shall prevail.

• RNG Games: All random number generator (RNG)-based games on 7winer use certified RNG technology that has been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are conducted by real dealers using physical equipment. All live game sessions are recorded and may be reviewed in the event of a dispute.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or system failure, 7winer reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the relevant stakes. Winnings generated as a result of a malfunction are not valid and will not be paid.
• Disputes: Any dispute regarding game outcomes must be submitted to 7winer customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant game round. 7winer's decision on game disputes is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7winer platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the platform's software, systems, or games.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to 7winer immediately.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior toward 7winer staff or other players.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

8. Responsible Gaming

7winer is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 7winer players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the 7winer platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register or access the platform during their exclusion period. 7winer will take reasonable steps to prevent self-excluded players from accessing the platform, but cannot guarantee prevention in all circumstances.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 7winer platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game content, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the property of 7winer or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 7winer platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 7winer platform without prior written consent from 7winer.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7winer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

7winer's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 7winer account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7winer does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

11. Privacy & Data

7winer collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 7winer platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7winer implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and 7winer cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Amendments

7winer reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 7winer will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 7winer platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

7winer operates in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit or exclude any rights you may have under applicable Philippine consumer protection or gaming regulations.
